OUR APPROACH

1. Client Assessment:

• Consultation process is private and strictly confidential and is performed by a certified Trichologist. 
• A scalp and hair examination along with a review of lifestyle, nutritional gaps and other areas of relevance are used to assess and make recommendations. 

2. Identify:

• We use a video lens called a 'trichoscope' which captures and examines magnified images of hair, scalp and areas of concern. This health and scalp snapshot provides a good starting point for recommendations for effective solutions and treatment plan options. 
• During the examination, the Trichologist will record relevant information along with photographs of specific areas of concern to help monitor and keep track of the client's condition and their response to treatment

3. Treat:

• We use a multi-faceted and holistic approach that encompasses short and long term solutions. 
• In some cases, we may partner with other professionals to aid with your case. 
• Treatments and solutions are tailored to each client based on their overall health picture and areas of concern. 
• Solutions and treatment options are all made to suit any lifestyle or budget.

4. Support:

• We believe in educating clients with facts about hair and scalp conditions so they have all the information and tools to make an informed decision.
• We strive to provide the utmost care to our clients with honesty and transparency.
